2010 Sewell Golf Classic

The Sewell Golf Classic will be held Monday, September 20, 2010 at the Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas, Texas, and will feature a four-person scramble. Shotgun start times are 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided between the morning and afternoon rounds, and a brief awards presentation will follow the conclusion of each round. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams in each flight.

Sponsorships:

Titanium Sponsor - $10,000
• Sponsor receives 12 complimentary green fees
• Sponsor also receives recognition as a titanium level sponsor in related Buckner publications, Web site, and hole sponsorship signage in two locations.

Platinum Sponsor - $5,000
• Sponsor receives four complimentary green fees and tournament day breakfast, lunch or afternoon appetizers.

Friends of Buckner - $50 - up
• Those who are unable to attend this year’s tournament are encouraged to consider an investment in the lives of children through a tax deductible gift of $50 or more. A listing will be included on event signage and Web site.

Our primary ministries:

Buckner Children and Family Services provides residential programs for at-risk children and families; mission ventures domestically and internationally designed to enhance the lives of orphans and desperate children; church collaborations, which offer the experience and expertise of Buckner; child mentorships, which pair one adult with one elementary school child; foster care programs domestically and internationally, and domestic and international adoption.

Buckner Retirement Services provides a continuum of care for older residents in five communities in Texas Austin, Beaumont, Dallas, Houston, and Longview.

Camp Buckner Retreat and Conference Center, located in the Texas Hill Country just north of Austin on more than 800 acres, provides a summer camp program for children and serves as an ideal setting for church and corporate retreats.
